This twisted bronze wire is made by twisting 2 wires of the same gauge together. It is made with bare 18 gauge (1mm) bronze wire.
Twisted wire diameter is approx 1.9 mm

It is quite hard to cut and you may need stronger wire cutters to cut it to length.
This twisted wire is made by hand to order. If you order more than one it will come in lengths of 5 foot as that is the maximum length I can manage to make at a time.
Although unprotected bronze will tarnish, it can easily be brought back to a shine with a silver polishing cloth or some fine grade steel wool. This wire is suitable for oxidizing/ antiquing as it is bare with no coating on it.
