Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your items back to me, I will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for items returned within 30 days from receipt. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped, unused, and strung as sold. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs (with the exception of faulty products).

 

When returning items, the goods should be packed carefully, preferably in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number on it. I would recommend using a tracked and insured postage method, as I cannot be held liable for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

 

Items returned from overseas should clearly state "Returned Goods " on the package and a customs declaration must be completed and attached to the package, as failure to do so may occur UK Customs Duties, which will be deducted from any refund.
