Orders containing 'Ready To Ship' items only will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Orders containing 'Made To Order' items will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Orders containing a mix of 'Made To Order' and 'Ready To Ship' products will be dispatched together when the made to order items are ready.

 

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service: This service is fully tracked. Your order should be delivered within 2-4 working days but sometimes delays do sometimes occur.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service: This service is fully tracked. Your order should be delivered within 1-3 working days but sometimes delays do sometimes occur.

Royal Mails Special delivery service: Your order will be fully tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.

EUROPE DELIVERY OPTIONS

All international orders are sent using a fully tracked service. Delivery options include Royal Mail International Tracked, Landmark Global, DPD, Fedex or Parcelforce depending on your location.

 

European Union customers: Please be aware that orders will be sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) as I am not currently registered for IOSS.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

All international orders are sent using a fully tracked service. 

Delivery options include Royal Mail International Tracked, Landmark Global, USPS, DPD, Fedex or Parcelforce depending on your location.

Customs and import taxes

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If you are unaware of the situation for your own country, it is always advisable to make checks of your own. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
